NATALIE ALEXANDER

Natalie’s interest in aviation began with an intro flight as a junior in high school. She worked in the Pilot Shop here at Blue Skies while earning her Private and Instrument ratings. She spent five years working in dispatch and sales for a part 135/91 charter management company, and has now returned to Blue Skies as a full time flight instructor.

Natalie enjoys helping her students feel comfortable with the challenges of learning to fly. Her lessons are well structured and emphasize a solid foundation, building confidence, and keeping aviation fun. Her goal is to train her students to become safe, professional and competent pilots that will thrive no matter what their aviation goals are.

Natalie is the Vice President of the Chicago’s Leading Edge Women in Aviation International Chapter. She was also the recipient of a scholarship from Women in Aviation International and ISA+21 while pursuing her CFI rating, and she is happy to help her students to find funding and additional pathways to pay for their ratings.
