Tom Patinella’s passion for aviation started during his high school years; a passion that continues to this day. Patinella is a graduate of  Parks College of Aeronautical Technology of St. Louis University where he earned a Bachelor of Science degree.

As a recently retired Vice President for  a major corporation, Tom’s calling was to apply his coaching and mentoring insights to those seeking to further their interest in aviation. Completing his CFI training at Blue Skies Flying Services was the means to achieve this goal.

Patinella states, “I have a strong desire to give back to the aviation community—my mission is to inspire those seeking a long term career in aviation as well as the adventurous weekend pilot.”
