Our Fall 2026 Private Pilot Ground School provides the aeronautical knowledge you need to prepare for the FAA Private Pilot Airman Knowledge Test—and, more importantly, to understand and apply that knowledge throughout your flight training.
During the course, we’ll cover:
- Aeronautical decision making
- Aerodynamics and airplane systems
- Airspace and regulations
- Aviation weather
- Airplane performance
- Navigation
- Flight planning
Along the way, we’ll connect what you learn in the classroom to the decisions and skills you’ll use in the airplane. You’ll also learn techniques for preparing for and taking the FAA knowledge test, with opportunities to ask questions and learn alongside other aspiring pilots in an instructor-led classroom environment.
